Airport pickup reminder

We would like to remind all teams that all IAO participants will be picked up from the airport on their arrival. However, we need to be sure that we have all flight numbers and arrival times, so we would like all team leaders to confirm this information once again.

All team leaders, please, send your flight number, arrival time and date to invitations@iao2011.org no later than Sunday, September 18, 2011.
